  1. There is more involved here than I have access to via Weidner’s site, the Miami Herald piece, and the settlement agreement.

    But I’m left scratching my head anyway.

    If there was misbehavior by Scott, et. al., and Andrews/Weidner’s motive was to hold the misbehavers accountable, how does accepting some money and voluntarily dismissing suits serve the interests of other citizens of Florida?
